Correspondence Education without going to Turkey:
As an admission to the Atatürk State University of Turkey, you can study by correspondence without going to Turkey. You prepare for semester exams by reading lessons from SIS (Student Information System) or watching video tutorials. You can take the semester exams at the exam center in Baku. The study period is 4 years. The program is for undergraduate admissions only.
Conscripts are not given the right to deferment from military service when studying by correspondence !
Annual tuition fee: 600 AZN

Correspondence Education in Russia:
You can study by correspondence as an admission to the bachelor's or master’s degree in many public and private universities of Russia. During studying period, you must participate in the semester examinations of the university for a minimum of 14 days per semester. Otherwise, your diploma will not be recognized.
There are some majors (for example: Teaching majors) that are available by correspondence in Russian universities may not be valid in your country of citizenship. Therefore, when you want to study by correspondence in Russia, you should definitely consult with a specialist!

Annual tuition fee: the minimum tuition fee starts from 1000 AZN.
